I absolutely love when we get to photograph weddings, especially whenever there's a personal connection to them. Last weekend, I was given the privilege to document the union of Sarah and Claighton. Winter weddings can be tricky because you never know what sort of weather you're going to get. The forecast originally told the guests to expect clear and sunny skies. Sarah and Clay ended up married on such a gloomy fog-filled morning but no one could tell because of the love emanating from this beautiful young couple.

I have known Sarah since she was a little girl and to see her grow into this wonderfully sassy, resilient, and strong woman has been nothing short of amazing. Claighton is the most perfect balancing partner to her madness.
